Each grade level is supported by a Youth Development Specialist who works closely with students to promote strong attendance, engagement, and school connectedness. Through relationship-building, restorative practices, and daily support, they help students navigate challenges and stay connected to school. Youth Development Specialists also partner with families and staff to ensure students receive consistent, coordinated support both in and out of the classroom.
